Thanks for your help on this request and a special thanks to Oakridge homes for having such a great warranty guy. I am horrible with names, so I forgot his name.
He was really great. He was right on time. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. It makes me a little nervous to have workers in the house, but he eased my nerves right away.

I just wanted to say that Chuck did an AMAZING JOB on our ceiling. I am not sure if I told you this before, but we had some leak issues for years in our Seattle home (I know... we are cursed!!). And we had one of our ceilings fixed several times during those years... Not even close to the job Chuck did!!! He's so careful and thorough in all he does. I am very impressed and very, very appreciative. Just wanted you and OakRidge to know that.

I would like to compliment the great job Chuck did on my warranty request. Chuck really worked with my schedule and had patience with me during my warranty request answering questions and being very knowledge about my home from a construction standpoint. In the workforce today it hard to fun good guys like Chuck, and I would like for management to really consider offering him a promotion because he really takes pride in his work!

The letter is attached and is very complimentary of Steve's work and assistance throughout the loan process. It also reflects the great effort from our processing and underwriting team. Good work.

Dear Oakridge Homes,
Just a quick e-mail to say thanks for getting things lined up on the warranty fixes. Everything was taken care of to an outstanding degree of work.
Please convey a special thanks to Jesus, John, and the two other gentlemen that took care of the repairs in our home. Jesus especially deserves a commendable because he did the finish work on the sheet rock, and you can’t even tell there were previous problems.
